I have definitely left home many times and continue to guide many organizations and leaders on their personal journey. As the president of CORE Consulting, I've had the opportunity to serve as a catalyst for organizations who want to make a difference and choose to do this through their leaders' potential. Serving as a well received keynote speaker for an audience of well over 1000 sales people as well as an inspiring motivational speaker for an over 300 employee organization and as a dynamic breakout session leader for an international organization!

Expertise
With over 20 years in the financial services industry and over 15 years in training and organizational development, I've built a career as a consultant, giving me the opportunity to make a difference through performance improvement, intentional dialogue process, accountability, group processing, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, presentations and facilitation.

I've successfully designed and implemented programs for management and global leadership development, staff and board development focusing on culture shifts, team building, conflict resolution, communication, vision statements, strategic planning and change/transition management which are making a difference in their respective organizations. As co-founder of the Inspiring Women Collaborative, we create a space for conversation and support for and by women that gives voice to women stepping into their greatness.

Current Contributions
With a BA in Management and Organizational Development and designation by International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) as a Certified Performance Technologist, I am able to blend knowledge and expertise to deliver extraordinary results. I've authored articles for organizations such as American Society of Training and Development and Women's Center of Greater Lansing as well as being a frequently sought resource within the financial services sector, for industry periodicals and as a national presenter. These include ISPI, Michigan Credit Union League, Credit Union National Association and World Council of Credit Unions.

Currently, I have the privilege to also impact academia through instructing for Lansing Community College (LCC) Business & Community Institute teaching Human Performance Technology as well as a member of LCC’s Capital Quality Initiative Steering Committee. I'm also on the advisory board for the TruWisdom Programs as well as the designer and facilitator of TruWisdom's Leading with Wisdom program, a program designed for women who are new and seasoned in their leadership positions.

Professional Awards
I have been very fortunate to be recognized for my contribution through being the recipient of World Council of Credit Union 1996 Silver Award for my onsite work with the Trinidad/Tobago Caribbean League Strategic Planning Session. Co-recipient of the ISPI-Michigan 2002 Honorary Award of Excellence, ISPI Michigan’s 2003 Premier Award and competed at the national level to be awarded the ISPI 2003 Award of Excellence for Human Performance Intervention. Recognized in 2006 by Who’s Who in American Business and in 2007, partnered on several projects with clients garnering national awards based on our collaboration of work.
